VACANT  LOW Weeks.   (£545 per week / £1048 per fortnight)  - ($850 per week / $1640 per fortnight).
VACANT  HIGH Weeks   (£587 per week / £1132 per fortnight)  - ($915 per week / $1770 per fortnight).
VACANT  PEAK Weeks   (£615 per week / £1188 per fortnight)  - ($959 per week / $1858 per fortnight).

We will reserve your booking for a 10% deposit.
                      Cancellation up to 6 weeks before rental - full refund. We reserve the right to retain your deposit thereafter, but will return it in full if able to re-let.
   Full payment must be received 4 weeks before rental so we have time to send you maps and the combination you will need for the keys.
For stays of less than a week, we charge a short-stay cleaning fee of £46 / $70.
A refundable security deposit of £200 / $300 is required for all lets.
Pool heating is optional at £85 / $130 per week & must be booked in advance !
Excel Management and rentals at Kissimmee are our villa management company,
