'Primrose Villa' is our beautiful 3 bed / 2 bath pool home built during the last phase  of the Lindfields development.  Consequently, it is sited far enough from the bustle of the 192 to be in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet is only 4 miles from the Disney theme parks.
Should you choose to stay here, your traveling time will be significantly reduced when visiting the Mouse and your enjoyment could be enhanced by retreating from your chosen park during the midday heat for a leisurely relaxed meal & a refreshing dip before returning for afternoon fun, evening fireworks or other entertainment !
Local convenience stores include Publix, Winn-Dixie, Super Target & Wal-Mart - (the closest being only 1.5 miles from the villa) and there is an ever-increasing, extensive range of restaurants to suit all tastes close by !

If you want to visit the Parks from a quiet and relaxing base where you can wind down and escape from the crowds, our single-story home is one of the most generously sized 3-bedroomed villas - larger than many 4 bed homes. It has over 1760 sq. ft. of fully air-conditioned living space, an oversized South-facing suntrap pool, an exceptionally large totally private deck area and a shady lanai, all totally screened to stop insects & other pests !
Architect designed to be spacious light and airy all rooms in the villa have cathedral ceilings with added skylights in the lounge. The whole villa is air conditioned by a very quiet central system which was completely refurbished with new high-efficiency units in January 2008.
There are TWO deep-pile carpeted living areas. Both have comfy seating, ceiling fans, coffee tables with lamps and  patio doors opening onto the large, fully mesh-screened, very private South-facing pool deck. Our family room has a 3 seat leather sofa and matching loveseat, digital cable-connected 37" widescreen LCD HDTV, multi-region hi-def DVD & VHS video players with a large selection of family-friendly films on DVD. A small library including local guide books and a small radio/CD player with IPod dock/charger are there for your enjoyment.
A separate lounge has a comfortable loveseat and 3 seat sofa which can convert into a Queen-sized bed (if required) plus a small workstation with high-speed broadband connected internet PC with 19" monitor and webcam so you can surf the 'net and keep in touch via email or Skype. It is equipped with a CD & DVD writer so you can safely archive your 'photos plus a printer so you can print e-tickets/airline passes.  Secure wireless (Wi-Fi) and LAN (wired network) connections are provided for you to connect to the internet should you prefer to bring your own laptop and surf by the pool !

The 17x15 Master bedroom has a Queen -(UK King)- sized bed with pillow-topped mattress, dressing table with vanity mirror, 5 drawer chest, twin bedside tables with table lamps, a clock-radio & telephone. An armoire holds a flat screen 27"  digital cable TV & DVD player. A ceiling fan & patio doors opening onto the pool area increase your comfort. There is a large walk-in closet (wardrobe) with built-in digital safe for your security.
Directly off the master bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with a Roman tub, separate large walk-in shower stall, his 'n hers hand basins in a vanity unit, a hairdryer & separate WC. There is a door giving (wet) access from the master bathroom to the pool area.

Our second (cream) bedroom has twin beds for maximum flexibility, a walk-in wardrobe, 19" LCD widescreen digital cable HDTV with DVD and VHS players & a bedside table with drawer space, lamp, telephone & clock-radio.

Our third (pale blue) bedroom again has twin beds, a walk-in wardrobe, 14" wall-mounted cable TV - well out of reach from tiny hands, a bedside table with drawer space, table lamp, 'phone & clock-radio.
Both are serviced by a second bathroom with WC, bathtub with shower over, a single hand basin in a vanity unit & a hairdryer.
 Ample bed linens, pillows, blankets, comforters, bath, hand & poolside towels are provided.
All bedrooms are deep-pile carpeted for your comfort.

The kitchen / breakfast area is fully equipped with a full-sized range, microwave cooker, fridge-freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, liquidizer, waste disposal unit, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder & 'phone (we offer free international, national & local calls)...
Added to the normal hob kettle, we've provided an electric kettle & teapot for UK visitors !
A breakfast table in the kitchen area will seat 4 and the connected formal dining room will seat 6 in comfort.
The villa has plenty of cutlery, crockery and pots 'n pans for 8 guests.

A separate laundry area contains an American-style washer, separate dryer and ironing facilities.
For your infant, the villa has a large crib (cot) with mattress, a stroller and a high chair.
Please bring baby's own bed linen with you.....
Nightlights are provided to help youngsters orient themselves.
The villa is licensed by the Florida Tourist Board for a maximum of 8 guests + an infant. As required, we have multiple linked smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide alarm, automatic escape lighting, a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit & audible alarms on all doors with access to the pool area so parents are alerted if small children open them !

Outside, the villa is set well back from a very quiet road on a large plot with irrigated lawns to front and rear. Our extended (1500 sq ft) pool deck is completely private, surrounded by a fully enclosed lawned garden with hibiscus, bougainvillea and honeysuckle (to attract butterflies & hummingbirds), mature palm trees, is privacy-fenced and is not overlooked (please see pictures).
The exceptionally spacious pool deck area is fully mesh screened to exclude insects and faces DUE SOUTH to catch all-day sun. There is a large lanai with ceiling fan & lights, giving you the option of sun or shade during the day and allowing you to continue your poolside enjoyment into the late evening. Palm Casual upgraded pool furniture include four deep-padded comfortable sun-loungers, a table & 4 chairs. Recent additions are a stainless steel gas grill (barbeque), pool blanket + roller to retain pool heat and an assortment of pool toys . The (optionally) heated / colour-changeing illuminated pool varies in depth from 2 to 7 feet & is larger than average at 30 x 15 feet.

The villa has a double garage with power door opener, off-road parking for 2 vehicles  and is fitted with an alarm system..
