Lindfields - a quick introduction.

Conveniently situated just to the West of Mile Marker 4 off Highway 192 (the main artery running through Kissimmee to St.Cloud with Disney World Drive at Mile Marker 7), Lindfields is a quiet backwater combining a tranquil area with a mix of vacation and residential homes within a conservation area where wildlife including raccoons, cranes, eagles and armadillos can often be seen.
The first development in the area, constructed in the early 1990s when real estate prices were somewhat lower than today, the builders were able to combine generous plots, wide avenues and traditional street lighting with architect designed detached properties to create a unique atmosphere. Lindfields comprises a unique blend of spacious and luxurious individual pool homes that have a British / Floridian theme.... Surrounded by conservation areas to preserve exclusivity, yet only four miles West of Disney World and minutes from the still developing commerce of the 192, with a new Wal-Mart, Publix and Walgreens within easy reach, West Kissimmee is a Mecca of new neighbourhoods, good restaurants, shops and supermarkets catering for all tastes and budgets. Three golf and country clubs, fishing on Bass Lake and the proximity to the major theme parks all add to the appeal of the area.
