Recent $ weakness has allowed us to reduce our £ prices !!!
Low season rental £395 / $780 per week.
(Two weeks £750 / $1495).
High season rental £445 / $880 per week.
(Two weeks £850 / $1695).
Peak season rental £495 / $975 per week.
(Two weeks £950 / $1850).
Pool heat (if required) £60/ $110 per week -
only recommended between October & March.
Maximum occupancy 8 persons + 1 infant.
For the comfort & security of all our guests,
we maintain a No Smoking policy within the villa.
A 10% deposit will reserve your booking.
We review our prices every spring, a deposit will "fix" the rental you pay !!
Full balance must be received 4 weeks before your holiday to allow us sufficient time to send you maps,
detailed directions & the lock-code for our villa.
We accept payment by cheque, electronic bank transfer or Paypal in either £ or $ (US).
Our prices include all bed linen, bath & beach towels, electricity (except pool heating), local 'phone calls,
free use of cot (crib), high chair, broadband wireless internet, PC, digital safe, gas BBQ
and
13% Florida sales & tourist taxes.
Pool heating is optional & must be pre-booked to allow warm-up time!

A refundable security deposit
of £150 / $200 is added to all rentals,
it will be promptly returned in
full as long as our villa is vacated undamaged !
The villa is available from 3pm on your arrival date until 10.00am on your day of departure.
It will be fully valeted before your visit, maid service can be arranged mid-visit for £35 / $65 if required.
Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to holiday - full refund of deposit. We reserve the right to retain
your deposit thereafter, but will refund it in full if able to re-let.
