Bargain season rental £510 / $815 per week.
(Two weeks £978 / $1570)

High season rental £549 / $875 per week.
(Two weeks £1056 / $1690).

Peak season rental £575 / $920 per week.
(Two weeks £1095 / $1780).

Pool heating (if required) £80 / $130 per week -
only recommended between October & March.

Maximum occupancy 8 persons + 1 infant.

For the comfort & security of all our guests, 
we maintain a No Smoking policy within the villa.

A 10% deposit will reserve your booking.
We review our prices every spring, a deposit will "fix" the rental you pay !! 
Full balance must be received 4 weeks before your holiday to allow us sufficient time to send you maps, detailed directions & the lock and alarm codes for our villa.
We accept payment by cheque, electronic bank transfer or Paypal in either £ or $ (US).
Our prices include all bed linen, bath & beach towels, electricity (except pool heating) and 13% Florida sales & tourist taxes.

FREE local, long distance and international 'phone calls, use of cot (crib), high chair, stroller (pushchair), broadband wireless internet, PC with printer & DVD writer, digital safe and gas BBQ.

Pool heating is optional & must be pre-booked to allow warm-up time

IMPORTANT: Changes to the US visa regulations from January 12th 2009...

We add a refundable security deposit of £200 / $300 to all rentals,
it will be promptly returned in full as long as our villa is vacated undamaged !
The villa is available from 3pm on your arrival date until 10.00am on your day of departure.
For lets of less than a week, we add a short-stay cleaning fee of £46 / $70.
It will be fully valeted before your visit, maid service can be arranged mid-visit for £46 / $70 if required.
Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to holiday - full refund of deposit. We reserve the right to retain your deposit thereafter, but will refund it in full if able to re-let.
